Family Entertainment in Elk Grove, CA

Strikes
Elk Grove, CA
This is just a fun place. You have bowling (with retractable kid friendly bumpers), a clean and fun atmosphere, and a nice size arcade with a little something for everyone. The staff we encountered was friendly and eager to help us out. Also, don't worry about getting hungry here; there is plenty of food, drinks, and snacks for all. So shelf the "wii" and try the real thing at Strikes. More information

Funtastic Play Center
Elk Grove, CA

In addition to having coffee, snacks, and free Wi-Fi, Funtastic also has a cool indoor playground and tumbling area for the kids. Think of a cross between a large McDonald’s play area and Gymboree and “Bam” you have Funtastic. It’s not a huge play area, but more than enough to tire out any little ones. It cost $8 for the child and the parent is free. The parent is also able to go into the play areas and play if they choose to.

Laguna's Awesome Party Palace
Elk Grove, CA

Arguably the best indoor play area Elk Grove has to offer. The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean (bathrooms included), and the kids had a blast. There are five large assorted bounce house play areas and a small arcade with two air hockey tables. There is no outside food allowed at Laguna's Awesome Party Palace but they do offer a nice spread of reasonably priced snacks and drinks (including coffee). Also, dress appropriately as parents are allowed to follow the kids into the bounce house play areas.
